American Pale Ale


An American adaptation of an English Pale Ale, reflecting indigeneous ingredients. Often lighter in color, cleaner in fermentation by-products, and having less caramel flavors than English counterparts. A refreshing and hoppy beer with sufficient supporting malt. Medium light to medium body. Pale golden to deep amber in color. 4.5-6.2% ABV
