Oktoberfest/ Marzen


Dark gold to deep orange-red lager brewed in the Spring. In the past this beer signaled the end of the traditional brewing season when the beer was stored in cold caves or cellars during the warm months to be served in the Fall. Smooth, clean and rather rich, with a depth of malt character. This is one of the classic malty styles, with a maltiness described as soft, complex, and elegant. 4.8-5.7% ABV
